Procrastination can be punishable, but sometimes we are unlucky. No need to wait for redemption when you can instantly get everything for your Steam account using your trusty Android phone. Below we have put together a guide that will walk you through the process of adding a Steam Gift Card (Wallet Code) and Steam Key to your mobile Steam account.

Download and install the Steam app

Android apps may require you to pass through Steam Guard to log into your Steam account. Steam Guard is an extra layer of security (two-factor authentication) associated with your account. If you try to log in on an unrecognized device, you will be prompted to enter a code to access your Steam account.

Go to Google Play Store.

Type “Steam” in the search bar or grab the widget below.

After downloading and installing the app, tap Open Launch the app.

Launch the Steam app and sign in to your Steam account.

Go to the menu on the left and select Store > Account Details.

Valve recently released an improved Android app. You may have already obtained early access to the beta. Instructions are included to redeem your Steam Wallet code using the beta version.

Go to Play Store Valve Software Page.

As a tester, you will receive updates for the current mobile Steam app. Otherwise, download the app on the Google Play Store.

After the app receives the update, restart Steam and open the beta. Note: If you don’t receive the update, you can always get it by APK Mirror.

Enter your wallet code in the box and tap it. continue Submit; the amount will be automatically added to the fund.

How to redeem a Steam key on mobile

Unfortunately, the current Steam Mobile App and Steam Beta do not allow direct redemption of keys. However, there is still a way around this by redeeming the key via a mobile web browser. This is outlined below.

Launch your web browser and Steam Key Registration Page (Log into your account if necessary).

Enter the key in the Product Code box (also check the TOS box) and tap. continue hand in. Your product key is now active and available for download in your Steam library.
