How does it compare to existing handheld gaming devices?

On August 2nd, Logitech G and Tencent games Partnership to create cloud gaming handheldsIt sounded like an online-only Nintendo Switch, thanks to a leak (via) by Evan Blass. The Barge), so you can see what this device looks like

These leaks show the handheld device in all its gloryThe image was quickly taken down by a DMCA complaint, but not before taking a closer look at the handheld. The offset thumbsticks, directional pad, relocated X, Y, BA, buttons, two bumper buttons, and two triggers are all in the same place. Additionally, there are menu, home, and contextual buttons, along with the mysterious Logitech button. Along the top of the device you’ll find a volume control with an on/off or mute switch and an SD card slot. We don’t have a clear picture of the underside, but it looks like the charging port and headphone jack are along the bottom.

The UI is also reminiscent of Switch. App and game cards are displayed on the side, with a row of icons in the upper left (no caption, but looks like profile, messages, picture, settings, power). The clock, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth status, and battery level are displayed in the upper right.

The initial announcement confirmed that the two companies would be working with the Xbox Cloud Gaming and NVIDIA GeForce Now teams, but didn’t mention Android support. You will see the Play Store app along with your apps. An Android-powered cloud gaming device capable of running AAA games is an interesting concept. Still, it remains to be seen if this is a better option than plugging one of these great Android controllers into your phone. We assume, but this hasn’t been seen since Logitech previewed it last year.
