Ubisoft is off to a great start and the game looks like a console mate
Last week, Ubisoft revealed that it is working on a division shooting game for mobile, known as Division Resurgence. Bring third-person shooters to mobile and compete with big boys like Apex Legends and Call of Duty. Little was revealed at the time, so Ubisoft released an in-game recorded gameplay walkthrough to show everyone exactly what the title offers. So if you want to see the Division Resurgence in action, Ubisoft is supporting your back as the mechanism is explained.
The 3-minute walkthrough video above gives you a quick glimpse into how Division Resurgence works. With a narrator, you can see the details of the gameplay. Just like the two console / PC games in the series, set the gear on the base (this time back in New York), go out on the map and shoot the bad guys. This is an open world map with gameplay that reflects previous games. This is a great way to make sure Ubisoft hasn’t changed much. You will still dodge ducks when the loot shoots the enemy’s choice, which is still the target, and upgrading this loot still seems to be a big part of the gameplay.
Of course, the video doesn’t mention how division resurgence is monetized. It’s not surprising that the game is free to play, but hopefully developers will follow in the footsteps of shooters such as Apex Legends and Call of Duty. Cosmetics for making money, similar to Fortnite. So if Ubisoft can keep monetization honest with the release of The Division Resurgence, today’s gameplay results will make predatory shooters look very comparable to the console / PC titles in the series. It shows that. This is a promising start.
Still, it’s still in its infancy, and the Division Resurgence Closed Alpha is just around the corner. If you want to throw your hat into the ring to take part in this test, You can register on the official website of the game..
