A former military base in New Jersey called Fort Monmouth could become a major production center for future Netflix films and TV series. The company announced its desire to buy real estate, but did not say how much it is willing to pay. Fort Monmouth was officially closed by the US government in 2011.

The area of ​​the territory is 117 hectares. Netflix has announced plans to modernize the venue, turning it into a platform for new films, as well as post-production with processing footage.
