XPG, a division of Adata that specializes in the production of systems, components and peripherals for gamers, eSports professionals and tech enthusiasts, announced that the proprietary XOCL overclocking laboratory has managed to overclock the DDR5 memory module up to 8118 MT / s data transfer rate. XPG is said to be the first DRAM vendor to reach this milestone with DDR5 memory, and the achievement testifies to XPG’s expertise in unlocking the full potential of memory modules. The record milestone was reached with a DDR5 memory module designed for a nominal transfer rate of 4800 MT / s.
