Earlier, Samsung made RAM Plus expansion technology available to users of the Galaxy A52s 5G smartphone – then one would think that Samsung would make the technology generally available to users of low-cost and mid-budget models, which, in principle, do not have very much memory. But now it has become clear that the company will not limit itself to inexpensive and relatively inexpensive smartphones, ARM Plus will become available for flagships as well. And the Galaxy Z Fold3 has already received it with the next firmware update.

As you can see in the screenshot, Galaxy Z Fold3 users can virtually increase the amount of RAM by 4 GB – despite the fact that there is already plenty of physical RAM in the smartphone, its 12 GB. Probably next in line to receive RAM Plus will be the current flagships of the Galaxy S21.
