The current flagships Oppo Find X3 and X3 Pro have been on sale for almost half a year now – the company is clearly working on the next generation models. The Find X5 premiere (it is expected that the successor to the Find X3 will be named that way) is expected in the first half of next year. It is not yet clear how this smartphone will look like, but the alleged characteristics of the model have already appeared on the Web.
This is what the Oppo Find X3 looks like, but the Find X5 will also have a quad camera
There is no doubt that Find X5 will receive a top-end Qualcomm platform, after all, we are talking about a flagship. It will be Snapdragon 898 (or 895 – there is no exact data on its designation yet). Also, the smartphone is assigned an AMOLED screen with a diagonal of 6.78 inches and a QHD resolution with a frame rate of 120 Hz and made using LTPO technology. These specs indicate the use of the Samsung E5 panel – the same one already used in the recently unveiled Vivo X70 Pro +.
If the rumors turn out to be true, then Find X5 will delight with its camera. It is reported about four modules: the main one with a wide-angle lens and a sensor with a resolution of 80 megapixels, an additional one with a sensor with a resolution of 20 megapixels and an ultra-wide-angle lens. The other two modules are for zoom: one with a 16-megapixel sensor and a telephoto lens, the other is a periscope, with a 50-megapixel sensor. The front camera is expected to use a 32-megapixel Sony IMX616 sensor. Also, the smartphone is credited with a 5000 mAh battery with support for 65W wired charging, 50W wireless AirVOOC and 10W wireless reverse power.
